Our Stance on Donations
Office Tools is a free service, made possible by the generous support of our user community. Donations are entirely voluntary and are considered gifts. They are not payments for any goods or services.
These contributions directly fund our operational costs, including server maintenance, development of new tools, and continuous improvement of existing features.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
As a donor, you are making a voluntary, non-refundable gift to support the mission of Office Tools.
- Non-Refundable: Because donations are treated as immediate and final gifts to support our operational costs, we are unable to offer refunds once a transaction is completed.
- No Cancellations: All donations are processed immediately. Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled.
- No Service Agreement: Making a donation does not entitle the donor to any current or future services, specific features, or preferential treatment. Our tools remain free and accessible to everyone, regardless of donation status.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that errors can happen. We may consider a refund only in cases of a clear technical error originating from our payment processing system, such as a duplicate transaction.
If you believe a processing error has occurred, please contact us immediately at support@office-tools.in with the following details:
- Your full name and email address
- The date of the donation
- The transaction ID or receipt number
- A brief description of the error
We will review the case and respond within 5-7 business days. Please note that we reserve the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
