Office Tools provides a collection of free online utilities, including but not limited to PDF tools, image converters, text analysis tools, and code generators (the "Tools"). The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time and without notice.

2. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for any content (e.g., files, data, text) that you upload, process, or share using our Tools. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Process any content that you do not have a right to, such as copyrighted material, without the permission of the owner.
• Upload any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the Service.

We are not responsible for the content of files processed through our Service. The responsibility for the content rests solely with the user.

3. File Handling and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of your files and data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. All files uploaded to our Service are automatically deleted from our servers after a short period. We do not store or archive user files.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
